Growing up as a "Military Brat," I learned early on about the adventure of moving and watched firsthand as homes were prepared and sold. My career in the industry began as a Realtor in Arizona, where I quickly discovered my true passion—helping clients prepare their homes for the market.
When I moved to Maryland in 2001, I took some time off to focus on my growing family and to give back to the community by mentoring teenage mothers and working with foster children in Washington County.
Once my youngest of four children (yes, four!) started school, I knew it was time to pursue my dream. That’s when I launched "Staged Above" in my three-car garage. Over the years, Staged Above grew significantly, expanding into larger warehouses and eventually becoming one of Maryland’s premier home staging companies with a 3,000-square-foot warehouse and a team of six. I was honored to receive awards like "Top 10 Home Staging Company," "Industry Innovator of the Year," and "Top Home Staging Team," along with national recognition across Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia.
After more than two decades of building and leading Staged Above, I recently made an exciting transition. I sold Staged Above and relocated to Florida, where I’ve launched two new ventures: Casanova Home Staging and Casanova Mentoring. Through Casanova Home Staging, I bring a highly personalized approach to pre-listing consultations and occupied home staging, helping clients showcase their homes’ full potential. Through Casanova Mentoring, I share my years of experience to guide and support fellow home stagers on their journeys to success.

As a kid, I visited model homes with my mom for fun! LIKE ALL THE TIME! I truly believe this is where my passion for home staging began.
